1. Review & Sign the Agreement + NDA

Please take a few minutes to read and sign the agreement.

This covers:

  • Scope of work

  • Communication expectations

  • Replacement policy

  • Confidentiality

We keep this clear so there are no surprises later.

2. Complete Your Activation Payment

To officially begin sourcing, we require a $400 activation deposit.

Here’s how it works:

  • The $400 is applied toward your first month once your hire is placed.

  • It is not an additional fee.

  • If you decide to terminate before placement, your $400 is refunded within 14 days of termination.

  • Confidentiality

This ensures we commit real sourcing time and resources to your role from day one.

Transparency matters.
Doerella operates under Dot Era LTD, a registered UK company. You can verify our registration through Companies House before completing your $400 activation deposit.
