Onboarding Timeline

Phase 1: Refinement (5–10 Business Days)

We do:

  • Finalize KPIs and measurable benchmarks

  • Build client-specific workflows

  • Customize scripts and SOPs

  • Structure reporting and documentation

  • Prepare the full onboarding framework

What we need from you:

  • Availability for short 1:1 alignment meetings

Phase 2: Hands-On Training (5 Business Days)

Your hire completes:

  • Role-based training

  • Client-specific modules

  • Supervised mock tasks

  • Practical assessments

  • Supervisor sign-off

Phase 3: Tracking Progress, QA & Ongoing Mentorship

After go-live:
